A generous open-plan living area with big, comfy sofas, a log burning fire, a big games chest and the views make it a perfect spot for families & friends to spend time together.
COOKS KITCHEN
A very well equipped traditional cottage style kitchen with 2 ovens, a hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. There's also an outside utility room with a washing machine & tumble dryer plus an extra tall fridge.
BEDROOM 2
First floor large bedroom with super king bed (or 2 singles) plus an extra single bed. Double aspect room with sea views. Wash hand basin, wardrobe & chest of drawers. Sleeps 2/3
BATHROOM 1
Ground floor bathroom adjoining master bedroom. Big, power shower enclosure with body jets. Luxury double ended bath with hand shower .
DINING AREA
Dine with family & friends whilst feasting on the amazing, sea views. Plenty of seating for 10+ around the large dining table.
BOOT ROOM
A place for all your muddy boots and flip flops as well as somewhere to hang your coats, hats, buckets and spades.
BEDROOM 3
First floor big bedroom with double aspect and sea views. Super king bed or 2 singles (on request), plus additional single bed. Wash hand basin, wardrobe & chest of drawers

THE GROUNDS
6 acres of private grounds to explore including 2 large lawns, wildflower area and woodlands. So quiet & peaceful with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.
Linen
All bed linen and towels are provided. Extra blankets are available if needed. Beds will be made up with freshly laundered linen before your arrival. Each guest will also be given a bath & hand towel to use during their stay.

Garden & Parking
Studio Cottage has plenty of parking available exclusively for all our guest's cars. With over 6 acres of private grounds to explore, you will have plenty of space all to yourselves. The two large lawns are perfect for playing outside games or for simply sitting and admiring our wonderful views. Or follow our tranquil woodland walk down our private steps to the steam and continue to the 2 beaches and cafes below us.
Dine Alfresco on the terrace and enjoy the gorgeous sea views whilst you cook on the charcoal BBQ.

Private access to beaches and cafes
Follow our private steps down through our woodland trail down to the two beaches below us. Both have licensed cafes. Set within a sheltered cove, the sea is perfect for swimming and paddling and snorkelling. There are endless rock pools to explore, keeping the children occupied while you relax on the beach.
A large wood burner in the living area provides plenty of warmth during cooler spells. A complimentary basket of logs is provided.

Next door to Studio cottage is a 4-star hotel with an award-winning fine dining restaurant or for casual dining, book into the bar & conservatory area. During summer, weather permitting, the local beach café regularly hosts evening BBQ's. There are also plenty of eateries in the neighbouring harbour villages of Polperro & Looe.
